Yes. You must provide all the content on your new website (text, images, videos, logos, etc.). We can provide the basic copywriting and stock images.
Yes. After the project is completed and our services are paid in full, the website design is yours.
Of course, we don’t want you to leave us, and we will do our best to keep you. But if you need to go, we can’t stop you from taking your new website with you.

No. The templates we show are just to give you an idea of what your new website could look like. But you can provide us with all the details you want, and we will work with that information.
You can also show us a website you have seen on the internet that is very close to what you want for your website.
Your new website will be ready in less than 30 days after you have given us all the information and content needed for your new website. – If your project requires more time, we will inform you before accepting the job.
Note: If we are busy with other projects and do not have the time to accept more work, we will let you know at the time of our first talk and inform you of the approximate time when we can work on your new project.
Yes. Today, cell phones, tablets, and laptops are the most commonly used devices for surfing the internet. Therefore, we build our websites with 100% responsive designs that automatically adjust to any screen size.
Yes. One of Google's main requirements for a good website is that it loads in less than 3 seconds. Therefore, we design all of our websites with this requirement in mind.
Note: Some exceptions exist, such as when a web page contains a large number of photographs and videos.
Yes. If you already have a domain name, please contact us to find out how to use it on your new website.
Note: You will be responsible for the annual renewal of your domain name.
No. Every website needs a hosting space on the Internet. We do not provide the hosting service. We use the services of our affiliates, HostGator and Inmotion, to provide this service to you. The cost is already included in the Management Plan. You can choose to get it yourself and use the hosting service of your choice.
Note: Getting the hosting service separately does not decrease the price of the Management Plan. You will be responsible for the annual renewal of your hosting plan. If you do not renew, your website will stop working when it expires.
Yes. If you already have a web hosting service, please contact us to discuss how to use it for your new website.
Note: Please be aware that if the hosting contains an old website, we may decide not to use it, or there may be an additional cost to clean and optimize the hosting server for the new website, which could be between $100 and $300, depending on the work that needs to be done.
Yes. Nowadays, hackers attack thousands of websites annually, causing breakdowns and sometimes the total loss of their data, which is usually very expensive, in addition to a loss of time and customers. Therefore, regular maintenance is essential to a secure website.
We provide a Management Plan. With this service, you can focus on what you do best: serving your customers and growing your business. This plan will help you avoid wasting time maintaining your new website.
The Management Plan includes:
- Web Hosting – While we do not provide hosting, we can obtain it on your behalf. We use the services of our affiliates, HostGator and Inmotion, to provide this service. The cost is already included in this Management Plan. You may choose to obtain it yourself and use the hosting service of your choice.
- Note: Purchasing hosting separately does not reduce the price of the Managed Plan. And you will be responsible for the annual renewal of your service plan. If you do not renew, your website will stop working on the expiration date.
- Maintenance – All websites need regular maintenance. We will make the necessary software updates and adjustments to keep your website working at 100% without interruptions.
- Security – Every website needs anti-hacker security. We install anti-hacker blocking software and perform daily intrusion scanning. For added security, we back up all software and content on your website daily and weekly.
- Unlimited changes – Every website sometimes needs to make changes, such as price changes, product names, new photos, etc. With this plan, you receive all the changes you need to make to your current pages at no additional cost.
- Note: There are exceptions, for example, when the number of changes shows that the client is revamping their website. In that case, unlimited changes are not included. However, we can work with you to give you a quote for your new project.
